Hey folks, hows it going? I just got back from a business trip to London and while I was there I had the pleasure of hitting Denmark street. For those of you not in the know, Denmark street is in Soho and is the place to go for music, art, etc while in London. My buddy and I went over there and stopped in a few shops... one of them, Wunjo Guitars... a real nice place with friendly people. I played a Lefty 'Rockinbetter'. It felt like a brick... I didnt care for it much but apparently they are good copies of Rick's.

I also got to spend an hour or so hacking around in a place just a few doors down called the Bass Cellar. I highly recommend a trip there... they had a very nice selection of lefties... more than I've ever seen in a shop... I played a Fender American J-bass, a Warwick something.. not sure what it was but it played nice, a Dean 5 string fretless, and a few others. Its not a big place but definitely worth a visit if you're in London.

later,
