Here's the link to the Photobucket account with all of the pics. I'm going to paste some of the cooler stuff directly into the thread. My camera was giving me fits during the trip so there's not nearly as many pics as I would have liked to have taken.

An eight string bridge on an ESP bass. Hipshot displayed their new 8 string bridge, it is way better constructed, but i don't have a pic of it. Bummer.

Jaguar 200 watt head. VERY old school sounding. Think early 70's SVT meets late 70's SVT LOL. Through their cabs and Fender bass the tone was very remeniscent of Boz Scagg's tune "Lowdown". It can also do brighter, more modern tones. I liked this rig a lot. Uses KT-88's if memory serves me correctly.

The full rig. Man, those are deep and heavy cabs! Anyone got a spare roadie? Top one is 2x10, bottom one I'm not sure of, might be 2x15? Pictured on the right is the P-Bass I used to demo it. Their guitar amps are cool too. And the vendor and his crew were super nice folks.

A brand/line of amps i never heard of before. They were being used at various gigs around the venue, so someone paid the big bucks to sponsor them I suppose ...

And on the other side of the booth was Nordstrand. As always Carey (sp) brought some stunners that deserve better photographic skills than i possess. That flamey maple goodness in the middle of the pack was a fretless with more mwah than a herd of cats in heat.

Yves Carbonne doing his thang.
I like this pic because it makes him look like he's playing 2 of those monstrous necks.

A cool dble neck Gretsch (baritone/regular) und one Gretsch bass.

They had the same 3 lefty guitars hanging on the walls from last years show. A Tim Armstrong, A Brian Setzer, and a lime green 6119(?).

Garden variety MM bass. I did not spend any time at MM this year.

A friggin giant drum. Keith Moon would probably feel secure with this thing hanging over his head. Not me!

Some way cool Ibanez basses. I had no clue they were into this kind of thing. Are fancy wood tops new for them?

Ritter basses. Anybody got a spare $30K they aren't using? There were 3 similar all-white basses all finished in the base color of this bass ( Moonstone ). Very tough to photograph.

A plain-Jane Ritter ( are you kidding me? plain??).

Prestige guitar. i'm featuring these because they are or will be available left-handed. 60% Canadian, 40% Korean. The head guy used to work for Larrivee before he branched out on his own. He's from Montreal, I'll betcha a dozen Dunkin Donuts Slybass knows him!

A light-weight semi-hollow body.
Image

Much heavier solid body
Image

Killer inlay work for the $$$
Image

3rd model with a weight-relieved body. i'm guessing it's weight relieved because the weight fell somewhere inbetween the other two models.
