This sounds EXACTLY like the starter of my 1971 Dodge Dart. A 2-1 reduction geared electro-mechanical time bomb that would fail or explode, (yup, had it happen to me) - usually in the middle of winter, and far away from home. That felt like hell, and this certainly reminds me of it.
At 1:30, she sounds like my Rockwell Table saw with a piece of 3/4 plywood going through it. Incredible, the human voice can sound like industrial machinery in operation.
