I doubt we'll ever see this as a left hand model, but it sure is pretty, and has the extra J-bass pickup...

Saw this on a British forum recently. I don't really like it, actually :oops:
I think it looks too posh for a basic workhorse like the ATK. Everything about the ATK is big, bold and rugged. Even with the slightly downsized body of these newer ATK's, I think the details on this model are too refined for the bass. I also wish they would have placed the pickups further apart like they did on the old 400's and 1300's, with a slighly more compact bridge to place the humbucker closer to the bridge.

What I really DO like are the electronics. Twin pickup ATK's used to have 5-way switching, but this one has a 3-way for the humbucker and a regular panpot for blending the two pickups :)
