This is really dry reading, especially if you are not an IT kinda person. But it does show how Fender is willing to embrace new methodologies to better serve the business, and ultimately us as customers - even if they won't build us more lefty models.

What I find really funny is my company is going Agile, and the resistance we're seeing is from our internal customers, and not from the IT departments. It's almost always the other way 'round.
