I don't think I've ever seen a single PUP lefty before. I've often wondered how these compare to a Gibson EB0/EB3. The JS I'd love to find is the acorn carved one, butI don't know if lefties were ever made.

That's a Guild JS1.
I used to own the 2 pup JS2 version.
Bought new in London when UK purchase tax was at an emergency level of 25%! Guitars were deemed to be luxury goods.
Bridge saddles were rosewood on metal "L" sliding plates that would split - those look like Ric inspired replacements.

Those Guild pickups are serious mudbuckers which kill the highs of all but brand new roundwounds. I had a shock when I got my 4001 & heard just how toppy those strings can be.

I bought mine because Andy Fraser (R.I.P.) was playing one after he left Free. Lovely instrument to handle and solid bottom end on recordings. It could growl too. It was my first "professional" bass.
