Also I assume that any custom shop comes with it's certificate right? |

I've never owned a custom shop RI Fender, but I'm assuming that the logo decals are lacquered over unlike an actual 57 P bass where they are on top of the lacquer. |

No, they are on top of the finish on the CS RI basses. |
