I think what happened is it tried to determine your location by IP address, and was suggesting that it could ship to your nearest store. I work for firms that have off-site data centers, so I get location-dependent recommendations for Chicago, Milwaukee, and DC even though I'm basically in Boston. Used to confuse me.

Today it's NYC:

Boy has it has been played. The frets are filed down to flat pieces of ribbon across the fingerboard, and the body is worn to the wood on the top and bottom edges. But the frets don't buzz and the electronics don't crackle! And I don't flinch when my 1-yr old wants to play it :D
