Man. That's a ripoff at that price, especially since someone ruined the look of it with that fingerboard. Body is nice though.

Ruined might be a bit harsh (Matt is a tough grader )- but agreed I don't understand why someone would go to all the expense of replacing the fretboard, only to further de-value resale by deviating from the original configuration? Aesthetics aside it certainly seems like an ill-advised choice.

This is definitely the same bass I was in emails with the original seller over Kijiji a few weeks ago. Looks like he sold it to a dealer who is now trying to get way more than it's worth.
