If you can get it for $500, this would be a great deal... http://www.ebay.com/itm/IBANEZ-SR1205-L ... SwCGVYAqEC |

Careful on this one: Seller has no feedback pictures are of an add not the actual item Price looks too good to be true Individually each item could be OK but coupled all together not sure I would take the risk. |

Agree with the 0 feedback, but it stopped being a concern for me after a bad/good experience a few months ago. In a nutshell, bought a nice Markbass combo for $850 from someone having 0 feedback and got a demo tape - no combo - upon delivery. Since the sale was guaranteed by eBay (as is this one), I got my money back in a flash... As for this Ibby, actually at $750 i personally do not think it is a super deal: I sold my 4 strings SR1204 in brand new condition a few months ago for $550. Hence my recommendation for $500... |

You bought a bass combo, and instead of just keeping your money and running off, the seller made the effort to mail you a demo tape. Is that right? Please tell me it is a cassette tape and it was mailed in a bass combo-sized box... |

Yes and it is part of the scam, not an effort! By doing so, he can prove he sent something and can delay the eBay investigation. Better, he found a local address online from a hairdresser and shipped it there. I was tracking the package so I could see it was delivered but I never got anything. After calling UPS, I found the hairdressers' address and went there to pick up a crappy UPS envelop with a demo cd inside... Quite sophisticated! |

Incredible... this type of seller should be banned for life from selling, but I'm sure it's near impossible to keep with these assholes, who can create new profiles with false names, etc. |

Agree, and good thing there is the eBay protection, it reduces the risk of losing all your money. |
