Does the headstock say, "Platinum Series?"

I think the Bronze series is their "value" line, and the NJ is their top line. Is Platinum in between?

Hey Conley! How are you (lefty) brother?

Yup, the headstock says Platinum, it has 2 P pickups and it is (supposedly) better than the Bronze... as for placing it within the BCR line, it's another story...

'70s and '80s MIA are 'the' thing... NJs (I think from mid 80's to early 90's) were initially made in Japan - and well-regarded as such... the problem is BCR kept the (NJ) name but moved its production around a couple of times, to Korea and I believe lately to Indonesia (it might even got to China, not sure).

QC is everywhere so it may be a keeper or a lemon.

I pulled the trigger on a Toby (another GC mislabelled - this one was listed as a Growler!) 2 days ago, otherwise I would give it a try just for the 80's Slayer in me... :D
