Somebody obviously put some thought into this to get exactly the bass that they were after, yet somehow isn't in love with it enough to keep it. Maybe he got the look he was after but not the tone? Maybe it's all the anti tort-maple pairing sentiment on TalkBass?

Very interesting how it came out! Alder body and maple neck, close enough to the 58P!
