No... it's a '70 reissue, I believe... not too different than the '62, two of which I have from Ishibashi. The thumb rest is on top, and the black guard... |

IMO this one is more desirable than the '62 reissue, as this has an ash body rather than a basswood body. Probably heavy as F*** though. |
