Rondo Music is offering their version of the UBass now in lefty models (Hadean Bass). Supposedly just as good for a 1/3 the price. They have them in zebra wood and mahogany. At $149, I might take the plunge: http://www.rondomusic.com/ukb22nmlh.html |

They're a pain in the ass intonation-wise, but at 149, I'd even get one again. |

I already own a Kala U-Bass, but have been debating on whether to pick this one up as a spare for awhile now.... |
