http://used.samashmusic.com/item.php?id=67874 Seems a little steep for non-vintage with power-tool mods and evidence of careless handling. But thought worth sharing anyway.

I just saw this and wonder if the body is a Fender original cause it doesn't have the holes in the back for the strings. Actually it looks like a Squier body just like the one I had and sold to 2ToneIdiot. There are 14 screws instead on 13. The additional screw is by the right side in the same position as the Squier. |

Is it just the way the picture was taken, or is that J-pup installed slightly crooked? |

Good eye, Paulo. A couple of quick searches and I see that the Squier P/Js have the 14-bolt pattern. As for the ugly rout, the J rout on Squiers is only big enough for a neck J, not a bridge J, so it was probably widened for the aftermarket pup. (I hope I'm spelling "rout" correctly). |

I sent them a message about it but it seems they wanna play dumb and pretend they don't know anything about it and see if someone takes the bait. |
