Interesting. Looks like the Washburn AB-10:

There's not much out there about these guitars, but the builder has a Facebook page:

For that price I don't imagine he built it from scratch. But I would still like to give it a try.

Looks like he's been doing all from scratch.
At least that's what it looks like reading his "about" FB page.
