I am in the market for a passive 4-string Jazz. This one sure is a looker! I have never heard of this brand, however.

I am not familiar with this brand but if you are looking for a passive bass, I would suggest you consider this: you get a lot for the money and it sounds huge!

Gamma basses are made by Joe Milstein, who some of us know. There was a bit of "controversy" regarding one of his basses/customers a couple of years ago. Read thread if you so desire:

I love that he also has this bass listed on Etsy. Why not?

I guess it was nice that Andrew merged those original threads together so we could re-read the whole saga.

Something still looks a little "off" about this white bass too, could be the picture angle but the neck pickup looks skewed.

:D Err, haha.... uh, yeah....

Things are generally so chill here, I forget that we have had occasional flare ups.

This would be a much better purchase - Schecters are well-built, and this one looks good for the price.....

Yeah, I am a fan of Schecter as a whole.

I am looking for that super-aggressive throaty jazz sound:

I have my eye on Matt's ADE Fender, since it has the exact same options I would get if I ordered one. If he decides not to sell then I will probably order one just like it.
