These aren't bad basses.. bought a 5-string model some years back, but missed the active option that the Hohner has, so I sold it, and bought a Hohner 5-string with the active eq.... which I posted up in this this thread recently..... viewtopic.php?f=13&t=6542 |

I also bought one of these and sent it back to get a Hohner 5. The Steinberger sounded a bit rattley, so I sent it back. I would have tried another, but I wanted jazz pickups, so I went with the Hohner 5 even though I am not a 5 guy. |
