Nice! I have an original Hag 8-string(right-handed...for sale FYI) and I've always wondered how one would sound as a 4-string. Very tempting!

I own a '67 sunburst one. Came with the original case AND strings! They are very cool fun little basses to play and have a very respectable tone, at least in one or two settings.

If it's all original and reasonably priced (I'd put the market value around $1300-1400 if all original and in excellent shape), someone should snatch this up. No better way to get a lefty 1960's period instrument for a reasonable price than investing in an old Hagstrom, IMO.

At that price I'd have to put my hands on it first. One of these days I'll try one out.
