http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fender-Bass-Gui ... 4897.l4275 I don't like the crack running from under the 4-bolt neck plate. It might be nothing but I'd want to see it with the plate removed. Otherwise looks pretty good. |

My old Oly White MIJ had a similar crack, although not as long... these particular basses have notoriously thin poly finishes and these cracks happen pretty easily if you're not super careful when tightening the neck bolts after a truss rod readjustment. I wouldn't be too concerned about any serious problems... it's more than likely just aesthetic. |

Even with that, I would still be a bit nervous. Could be from some kind of trauma to the neck that didn't leave any other mark? Like if the bass was dropped or hit against a carpeted surface? I'm not after it anyway. Good price if someone wants to research it. |
