Hard to know if it was a true lefty or a lefty conversion with the refinish going on. |

Looks like there are fret markers on the under side of the neck (right-handed) along with on top (left-handed). EDITED: Never mind, I found another period Gibson with the same. |

The orange label is on the proper side for a lefty. |

I had a factory lefty'66 Guild Starfire that had dots on both sides of the neck; I'm not surprised a Gibson from that era has the same thing. |

Many of my early 70s Gibson Les Pauls have the dots on both sides of the neck binding, seems correct. |

What is the neck profile like on these? Thin and narrow, like a late 60s EB-O? Or fat like the last re-issues of these and the re-issued Les Paul basses? |
