There very well may be a market for the "faux mildew" aesthetic. |

LOL, yeah, I saw this last night. Not my taste. That guy makes and posts a new bass every couple of months. Some look pretty decent others, not so much. Has anyone here purchased one of his basses? |

Makes me think that if Terminator played bass, it would be something like that bass. . . If you can imagine Arnold Schwarzenegger doing a Bass Player interview: BP: Governor, what bass are you playing these days? AS: Arrrghh, I'm playing a Midnight Howler model with Jescar frets. Get daoowwn! (starts slapping the bass like a maniac). |

Bridge alignment looks a little... off... Anyways, it looks like someone gave that bass herpes. I wouldn't play it, that sticks with you for life. |

You guys are super unfair, it is great bass to 1. Match your Frankenstein Halloween costume 2. Commit insurance fraud by claiming your $2000 custom made bass got damaged in the flooding of your basement 3. Make the kids believe you used to play in a psychadelic band in 1969 and dunked it in the bucket of acid your buddy was cooking 4. Smash it in the middle of a dive bar show in front of a crowd of 25 amazed patrons So stop the hatred people! |

I will admit to having played bass on Acid... but a bass with an Acid finish is not the way I want to relive the experience! |

I agree with all the comments great stuff! One pet peeve of mine is why go through all the effort to make a road worn bass but have like new Neck,Bridge, Tuners and Electronics? Some simulated road worn basses do look great just the really bad ones only have the body road worn. I just don't get it. |
