Gosh that's sweet. I'd be all over it, but I've dumped a boatload of munny this year already. If I buy any more gear, i'll have to put lumps of coal in the kiddies stockiings over the holidays |

To answer both questions, yes! lol, I bought another bass from Carlos a little while back and jokingly mentioned that I'd love to have his 535 if he ever decided to sell it. Well he did and I almost fainted when I read the message....needless to say, I'm beyond words with pleasure and can't seem to put this bass down! Pics to come this evening after work but for now I'll post one of Carlos' old photos... -J

Yes it is  I put on a new set of Dean Markley Blue Steels (light) last night before a gig and woooooooooooow what a difference new strings make on these basses! Other than the outrageous grin I had on my face the whole night, the drummer and keyboard player also seemed to like the tone as well lol -J |
