I think that's the "Warwick Alien", according to the Warwick web site they don't call that one a "Rockbass" The menu heading is "Alien Acoustic Made In China", the other two, which look totally different, are: Rockbass Alien Standard and Rockbass Alien Deluxe |

According to a source, these are actually made in China..... But VERY well made. I think the Vietnam ones were before. |

...not to get into an argument but Dennis @ Adirondack doesn't always have the latest and greatest specs and that listing is old and generic. They "were" made in Vietnam. Anyways, from a source and from Warwick's official website, it is now made in China and there are 3 models inc. this listing one above <see screenshot>

Let me get this straight: laminate top, laminate sides and back, and Fishman prefix plus electronics, made in china. List price north of $2K, but a bargain at $1500!  Those are the type of specs you find on the cheapest acoustic electric guitars! Gotta love marketing.
