That is one of the old lawsuit basses. They are heavy too!

I like those old Ibanez copies for some reason. What is really like to have is a Black Eagle (a la Krist Novoselic). But I've never seen a left handed model.

I had one of those exact basses. I think mine was a '76. It is definitely one of the ones that got away. I sold it a few years ago and have missed it ever since. It was way better than any MIM I've ever played.

If it as a Fender looking headstock, then I think the rule is that it's a "lawsuit bass."
