Just spotted this on Arni's site: http://www.leftybass.com/secondhand_offer_44.htm MIM Jazz Bass body with modified neck pocket to fit a Warmoth 5-string Jazz neck. EMG pickups were mounted to avoid routing out the pickup cavities, as they have rails rather than separate pole pieces. Looks very nice. |

Hi Matt, hi everyone! Yes, it's my 5-string jazz bass that is for sale (on leftybassist.com, on eBay and on leftybass.com). I spent a lot of time figuring out how it could be built. I wasn't sure if it was possible to built a bass like that, but the final result is simply amazing! I'm raising funds to buy a new 6 string bass, so that's the reason why I'm selling it. I you have any questions, please contact me! Thanks |

will we have to pay VAT even though parts like neck are from USA? |

The best way to send a bass to US, is by using Canada Post Expedited Parcel - USA. They're asking several questions on the Customs Declaration shipping label: Itemized List of Contents and Country of Origin/Manufacture (I'll write USA, so they shouldn't ask for VAT) Net Weight and Declared Value... You'll receive the bass via USPS Priority Mail. Thanks |
