It's difficult to know what, if any, of the parts are true Fender parts, or from what specific bass/year. The Fender logo with "jazz bass' spelled out on the headstock doesn't look like any real Fender neck typeface I've ever seen.

I inquired about details and here is the seller repsonse:

The seller's image shows some Ken Smith (righty) basses.

Maybe his CAPS LOCK key is STUCK but... still reminds me of the classic Tom Waits quote: "The big print giveth and the fine print taketh away".
