Not at all. I own one. They are hand made, beautiful, balanced, great sounding basses. The name comes from the builder's initials (Alan Cringean in Moffat, Scotland). Here is a link to pics of mine on his site: http://www.acguitars.co.uk/Gallery/316/ |

Not a problem at all. It got to me in NY from Scotland in 5 days and cost a little under $200 for shipping. |
