I have the older version of this bass. Didn't realize they were reissuing them again. Mine's a bit different though, in that it has a 3 band active EQ and the volume knob also acts as high end boost ("slap" knob) via push/pull knob. https://picasaweb.google.com/pjmuck/200 ... aronHBass# The sound is understandably Stingray-esque. |

I had one of those too and I hated to let it go because it looked so cool-- but unfortunately otherwise did not enjoy it very much. The sound was definitely hi-fi Stingray-ish (not really my favorite thing) and the weight/balance/neck dive ratio = really uncomfortable to play for me. |
