IIRC, the builder is popular in Europe. Relatively unknown over here tho.

That acoustic pick guard is stupid. I don't think I'd like in on a righty acoustic, never mind that bass. I also don't buy into the seller's theory that the Stingray copy bridge is any better than the original. Take that stuff off and it's kind of cool looking.

That's correct. And the asking price is enough to get you a brand new one (albeit without the case).
