I don't want to re-start the debate about Alder/Basswood but those MIM were made of Basswood until 2004. Alder since 2004. Nice color though |

Nice color though actually I believe that the change to alder happened sometime in mid 2003. I bought my MIM jazz at the end of 03 (November or December, can't remember) it's serial number places it in 03 and it is alder. |
