Fireglo is such the iconic Rick color! I never did understand why they mainly made lefties in black, the same color every other company offers. Mine was black and it really annoyed me actually....

Take it from me, they did it in the late 70's and early 80's to hide the knots in the wood ;)

4000+ $$ ? For a used 4003 ?

I guess that people are speculating over lefty rics even more than previous years ... but the thing that scares me is that there is actually some people willing to spend that money ...

$4000?! :shock:

Is this ridiculous inflation a product of it being a left Rick in general, or are the 4003s commanding more than the 4001s these days? I don't recall the last few late 70's 4001s going for anywhere near that.
