The condition of the neck plate, compared to all the other chrome on the bass, even the tops of the neck screws, makes me consider the phrase "all original" to be very suspect. Whatever ruined the tops of those screws shouldn't have also left the plate looking flawless. Other than that everything looks authentic.
It's definitely a lefty nut. Setup is incredibly poor, but, probably wouldn't take much to get in in playing condition.
Unless the neck is indeed warped which it could be as the chrome pitting previously mentioned due to humidity is really bad. Damage to finish on the headstock most likely due to humidity + intense direct sunlight. Looks like a bit of an issue with the finish on the frets 9-12 but that probably won't affect playability.
Overall I think it's a bit of a risk to buy it without seeing it, but IF the neck is good it's probably worth the price.
