Yeah something just seems a little off.....I didn't think they used the word "Crafted" until much later. On my 90's 62 reissue they use "made in Japan"

Seems to be one of the "better" ones with alder body and good old big tuner machines. My friend has a jazz bass of such sort and that bass is really nice piece of gear. Nothing like a 90's basswood mij jazz I used to own. |

Well, Wrote them about the nut width and serial number. Got a repsonse saying they’d measure the nut and look into dating the serial. That was five days ago and nothing since. Hope someone else has better luck fishing for details. |
