Good point, issues front and backside of the headstock. Looks questionable.

Also I assume that any custom shop comes with it's certificate right?

That was the first thought that I had when I looked at it. Something's not exactly right with them. I've never owned a custom shop RI Fender, but I'm assuming that the logo decals are lacquered over unlike an actual 57 P bass where they are on top of the lacquer.

No, they are on top of the finish on the CS RI basses.
