Man. That's a ripoff at that price, especially since someone ruined the look of it with that fingerboard. Body is nice though.

I'll agree it's overpriced but what problem are you seeing with the fingerboard?

Ruined might be a bit harsh (Matt is a tough grader :lol: )- but agreed I don't understand why someone would go to all the expense of replacing the fretboard, only to further de-value resale by deviating from the original configuration? Aesthetics aside it certainly seems like an ill-advised choice.

This bass would look bad ass with a rosewood board/block inlays!

This is definitely the same bass I was in emails with the original seller over Kijiji a few weeks ago. Looks like he sold it to a dealer who is now trying to get way more than it's worth.
