It looks like a Japanese '75 reissue, from the logo and the block inlays. If it is, it is a good deal. Too bad they did not use a 70's pickup config. If I recall those were ash not basswood.

I'm not an expert but to my understanding this neck is from one of the newer Mexican JB, I had one. And the blocks to me are definitely stickers. And the neck plate is not made by Fender. And from what I can recall, necks with blocks mostly have binding too.
That's just a newer Mexican JB with different neck plate and block inlay stickers.
Again, that's what I see it as but I may be wrong!
