I just LOOOOVE the white with black hardware look on a Ric... but having the stains from those middle fingers all over it would drive me insane. Definitely a "What was I thinking???" nominee. :?

And I think you could zip line down that G string... holy high action Batman!!!

I know that photo perspective can sometimes exaggerate things like this, but that looks pretty bad...

Truss rod issues are slightly common for Ricks. My buddies Rick looks just like this from sitting idle for years with full string tension. It bent his truss rod(s) and there are x2 for detailed adjustments. They are removable tho. This seller is a reseller. He buys and repairs guitars and moves on ebay. Strange he didnt fix this.. Thats a sign :? Probably the same issue but Ricks are pure Bass Porn. Pretty to look at and play with the shorter scale and have their own tone... GOOD!!!!

i'm not sure it's a neck issue, if you look at the other photos, you can notice that there is a HUGE tail lift (but the seller says "The bridge has lifted up a bit" )

honestly i never seen a tail lift like that ...

I repair basses, as some of you might know, have for more than 40 years. This person has a lot of nerve to ask three grand for a bass that's going to COST someone to repair. Try finding a black Rick 4001 bridge! That's wrong...as are the stupidly inflated prices of Ricks, no matter how much you like them. The worst bridge design on any popular commercially produced bass. I've seen a LOT of lifted Rick bridges, but this one takes the cake!

I've seen bridge lift on a Rick before (sounds like we all have), but that one looks like it might be bent, too. That and the painted middle finger crap make that bass worth a lot less in my book.

The hell with that. Try finding a black Badass II to replace it; they're probably $200 now!
