There was a running joke over at the EBMM forum that green basses don’t sell. Sterling was having a good time with this and the Martini olive green and martini glass fret markers came from Dargin Ball (Dargie). They set up an order window, 10 days I think and opened for forum members mostly but a few dealers jumped on board too. But it was basically an inside joke.

It was a very limited run and a lot of fun. Thru this limited offer I was able to get a Sterling with two pickups (H/S). That Sterling is the only two pickup Sterling ever made.
